The investment project of LLC "Warehouse complex Sigma" included in the list of priorities

In the register of priority investment projects the construction of the distribution center of agricultural products, carried out by the SC "Sigma” was included. The government of the Republic of Bashkortostan confirmed that this project is aimed at developing infrastructure and creating conditions for improving the investment climate in the region." Sigma" is the first warehouse complex of class  " A" in Ufa, providing services of lease and the maintenance of the warehouse.

In 2017 SK Sigma implements the project under the scheme BUILT-TO-SUIT for X5 RETAIL GROUP 25 thousand square meters.

The largest Russian retailer X5 Retail Group (running the stores "Pyaterochka", "Perekrestok", "Karusel") signed a lease for 24, 588 sq. m of warehouse space at the logistics complex "Sigma" in Ufa.
The project will be realized under the built-to-suit scheme (construction of a warehouse in accordance with the requirements of the customer with a subsequent long-term lease). International consulting company Knight Frank represents the interests of the Sigma warehouse complex.
SK "Sigma" is the first warehouse complex of «class A» in Ufa and the largest logistics complex in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Total warehouse area of 85 thousand square meters with a first stage area of 36 thousand square meters. Logopark "Sigma" first went into operation in June 2010. The project with X5 Retail Group will be realized in the second stage of the warehouse complex. Completion of all types of work is planned in the IV quarter of 2017.
By mid-2017, X5 was going to increase its presence in Bashkiria to 142 stores (in mid-2015 there were 60).X5 Retail Group has been looking for a long time for a suitable place for the organization of its distribution center within the Pyaterochka format. Aleksandr Katsegorov, Director on work with corporate clients said, ”The criteria for choosing a partner for the project were high, and we are glad that in the end the choice fell on the IC ”Sigma””.
